Dear Bill and Roger,

First of all, Dave and I would like to thank you both for everything; especially for helping us fulfill a dream we have waited 23 years for. We love our new home and the comments we received from our family over the weekend were overwhelming. My parents who were really skeptical about the size and money we were going to spend thought we made the right decision and were so impressed with all the attention to detail. My brother and sister-in-law who are planning on building in Milwaukee in a couple of years are planning on stealing a few ideas we all came up with though on a much smaller scale.

Thank you also for the personal touches we found after the closing. I will be sending Lynn a special Thank you for that as well.

Please be sure to tell Renee that we truly appreciate their putting up with me the several times I called about this that and the other. I will be sending a separate Thank You to Rob who was absolutely terrific to work with and was truly patient with me.

After the first of the year we will be looking at a date to have you and the Vendors over for a Wine and Cheese evening to say Thank You in our own way. We just need to get through the holidays and get settled a bit.

Thank you again for everything. You’ll never begin to know how much we appreciate everything or how truly happy we are in our new home. If you are in the neighborhood before the Vendor Party (which I’m sure you’ll be), please feel free to stop by. Also, we have already mentioned this to Lynn, but if for any reason you would like to bring prospective buyers through our Condo for ideas just give us a call and we’d be happy to accommodate.
